Our Beulah office is dedicated to family eyecare with complete full service eye examinations. Dr. Jodi Hummel and her staff provide the quality care that she would expect for her family.

All forms of insurance are available including Medicare, Eye Med and certain Medicaid programs and other plans that can help if you do not have insurance. We urge you to discuss the options available to you to for the health and well being of your family's vision.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am-5pm. We are closed Wednesdays. After hours appointments are available.
