We Try to Make Everything Easy for You
We know that billing and insurance questions are often as great a concern as your actual treatment. Please present all your Medical and Vision insurance cards at every visit in order to make sure we have the most up-to-date insurance information for your account. This will help us bill your claims accurately and efficiently every time.
For your convenience, we bill most insurance carriers directly (see Participating Insurance Carriers below). However, if your insurance is not from a carrier with which we participate, full payment is expected within 30 days. If your visit is for a routine eye examination and if we are not a participating provider for your plan, full payment is expected at the time of your examination.
Billing for eye examinations is often confusing since the condition you may be seen for could be medical related, vision related, or both. Depending on the complexity of your condition and the type of insurance you have, we will help you determine which insurance to use and how the examination should be billed.
